EMI offers wideband, solid-state, PIN diode-based switches, with reflective/non-reflective configurations ranging from SPST to SP23T.  The products are available with, internal driver, thin/hermetically-sealed package, and connectorized/blind-mate or drop-in/field-removable connector configurations.
