Overview

EMI offers Switched-pad Digitally Controlled Attenuators (DCAs) and PIN diode Voltage Variable Attenuators (VVAs), covering 0.5-18GHz of frequency range, featuring high-speed and low insertion loss. Available in a variety of hermetically sealed packages, with connectorized/blind-mate or drop-in/field-removable connector configurations.

The variable attenuators below are available:

Low Frequency D.C.A

Covering the 100MHz – 1.55GHz frequency range, with up to 63 dB attenuation range, and 8 control bits.

D.C.A 2-6 GHz

With up to 63 dB attenuation range, and 8 control bits.

D.C.A 2-18 GHz

With up to 63 dB attenuation range, and 6 control bits, featuring fast switching speed.

Miniature V.V.A

Controlled by voltage or current variations, in super-slim packaging, covering a variety of frequencies in the range of 1GHz to 18GHz, and with up to 60 dB attenuation range.

Linear V.V.A

Controlled by voltage or current variations, covering a variety of frequencies in the range of 1GHz to 18GHz. Available with digital control, with the addition of D/A converter.
